If you are unsatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team to make a return or exchange. You must return the new product or unused portion of a product within sixty (60) days from the date that the product was originally ordered for a full product refund (minus shipping charges), according to the following terms. To obtain a full refund, your return must be approved and postmarked within sixty (60) days from the date that the product was originally ordered.

 

The following terms apply for all returned items:

  • To return a product for an exchange or full refund, simply call us at 1-866-443-2563 or email us at customerservice@healthfulseasons.com to process your return/exchange. 
  • We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product. Refunds cannot be processed to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • Our shipping facility is NOT allowed to accept any packages without prior authorization. To ensure a refund is properly processed, please type or clearly print your name and order number on the returned package label. We are not responsible for refunds with missing, incorrect, or illegible information.
