You must contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization before sending products back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Products (new or unused portion) must be returned and received at our warehouse within 60 days of the original purchase date. We are not responsible for postal service delays.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will not be provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to alternate cards, accounts, or forms of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packages marked “Return to Sender” cannot be processed for refunds.

To ensure proper processing, clearly include your name and order number on the return package. Healthful Seasons is not responsible for refunds delayed or denied due to missing, incorrect, or illegible information.
Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage. Upon approval, a refund or replacement may be issued.

We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer. For issues related to delayed, missing, or stolen packages, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation request.
Incorrect Addresses

Healthful Seasons is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Any additional costs, including reshipment fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Amazon Purchases

Items purchased through Amazon.com must follow Amazon’s return policies.

Some Amazon items may be non-returnable.

Healthful Seasons cannot process refunds or returns for Amazon purchases.
Disputes & Chargebacks

If a customer escalates a transaction by filing a dispute or chargeback with their credit card provider, PayPal, or another payment service, Healthful Seasons can no longer issue a direct refund.

In these cases, the resolution and refund decision will be made solely by the payment provider.
